Wilson, WY – October 9, 2025 – Ouest House is delighted to announce the appointment of Michael Hancock as Creative Director, expanding our leadership team with one of the Mountain West’s most accomplished creative talents.
With more than 28 years of experience in creative direction, branding, and design, Michael brings an exceptional combination of strategy, imagination, and execution. His story starts with a ten-year-old’s goal card that read simply: Be an artist. (Mission accomplished.) That dream carried him through illustration and design studies at Brigham Young University and into decades of leadership roles, from founding Six21 Studio to driving branding and marketing initiatives for national franchises, financial institutions, and lifestyle brands.

When he’s not guiding clients through bold creative ideas, Michael’s world is equally vibrant. His family practically speaks in movie quotes, his playlists range from The Cure to RY X (sometimes while he’s driving his restored 1967 Volvo 1800S), and weekends often find him mountain biking at Sundance Resort and camping in the Wasatch mountains. His life is built on family, creativity, connection, and recreation.
