Fresh Toast
Welcome to Ouest Toast, where discerning eyes and imaginative minds chase inspiring stories from the West.
When fresh toast pops up, expect something hot, crisp, and ready to devour. We’re hypnotized by delicious design, ecstatic about fresh ideas, and hooked on that feeling of landing that rambunctious rainbow.
Here, we celebrate the sublime and the silly, the boundary-breaking moves, and the journeys that pull us toward what truly gets us up the mountain!
Ready for a tasty little bite?
Come in. Sit down. Open up. That is where things begin at Ouest House. Our discovery process is deliberately conversational. We gather people at our round table and ask questions. We listen to their stories, wild dreams, and histories. We want the photographs, the lore, and the ideas someone has been waiting years to try.
September has always belonged to books. It feels like school starts and suddenly they are everywhere again. Books in backpacks. Books assigned for class. Books opened over homework at the kitchen table. Books negotiated at bedtime. For adults, it’s the book they’re reading past midnight. The book that keeps them current in their field or sends them deeper into a subject they already know well. Or it’s the book they bought on summer vacation staring at them from their nightstand. Or this week, perhaps it’s not a book, but reading about books in the highly anticipated New York Times Book Review’s fall preview.
We did some traveling over spring break, and although returning to Jackson is always a welcome moment—and a reminder of how lucky we are to live here—we love getting out in the world to see what Japan, Hawaii, and California have up their sleeve.
Travel is in our DNA and by sharing, we translate trip details into stories you’ll revisit. We’re devoted to art, food, and a little excess (and we hope you are, too!)
There’s an energy to spring that feels like an invitation and a little nudge. One day it’s snow and ski boots by the door, and the next it’s running shoes, open windows, and that familiar urge to reorganize and zhuzh.
For Ouest House, it’s the season of small resets and a little spontaneity. A change of scenery (hello, road trips). A moment to revise our portfolio and dive into summer travel planning. In our homes, it’s the satisfying ritual of an edited closet, a clean garage, and maybe a detailed truck. Each day brings another minute of light and a spring in our steps.
Fresh snow settles on the Tetons, the Town Square lights are aglow, and with each new blanket of white, the annual hunt for the perfect gift begins. This year, we’re choosing gifts that carry resonance—less of the forgettable and more of the memorable. Consider this our House guide to giving: a collection of offerings from the incredible clients who inspire us year-round.
