Ouest House is excited to announce the addition of Anthony Campolattaro to its team in Strategy and Customer Experience. With a multifaceted background in brand development, sales strategy, operations, and marketing across premium industries, Anthony brings deep experience building long-term partnerships with respected names in hospitality, exclusive consumer goods, and lifestyle retail—expertise and energy he now brings to collaborations across the house’s diverse client portfolio.
Before joining Ouest House, Anthony led NBD Concepts—his consultancy, where he continues advising founders, investors, and portfolio brands on market expansion and brand transformation. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Experience Officer at New West KnifeWorks, he helped drive the company’s evolution from a small brand in Jackson Hole to a national presence, opening seven brick and mortar locations in Park City, Napa Valley, Big Sky, Aspen, and Denver, and developing a new 10,000-sq-ft production facility in Victor, Idaho. Under his leadership, the team grew from three to 70 full-time employees and the company achieved double-digit year-over-year revenue growth.

Based in Wilson, Anthony lives with his wife and two young daughters. His life outside of work revolves around the mountains. He volunteers as a Teton Pass Backcountry Ambassador and serves on local nonprofit boards supporting adaptive sports and outdoor safety. His guiding philosophy—make people feel good about who they are and give them the confidence to change the world—has become his leadership throughline.
